Do you have auditions? How good do I need to be to join?
That’s the beauty of SSKC! We don’t require auditions to join. You only need to be able to read music at a high school level.
When and where do you rehearse?
We rehearse on Monday nights in downtown KCMO. More details will be provided to members when their membership is approved.

How much does it cost to be a member?
Membership is a suggested donation of $40 per season. Members can also opt for a Top Shelf season membership for $100, which gets you exclusive, members-only merch!
I haven’t played in FOREVER. Can I still join?
Yeah! When we first started, a lot of us hadn’t played in over a decade. It’ll come back to you like riding a bike!
